How to say 'full-body exercise' in Korean?

I got this a 3kg (6.6lb) kettle bell from a local dollar shop,

and the label says that it is good(effective) for a full-body exercise/workout.

The Korean word for 'full-body exercise' is 전신운동, where

전신 means a 'full body' and 운동 is an 'exercise' in Korean.

효과적인 basically means 'effective' in Korean, so

'전신운동에 효과적인 케틀벨, 약 3kg' means;

'a kettle bell that is effective for full-body workout, about 3kg.'
