재활: rehabilitation, physical therapy

체중증가: weight gaining

운동방법: literally means 'exercise method' --> 'how to exercise'

영양: nutrition --> nutritional advice

 

Well, it seems like they got everything...

But, when it sounds too good you might want to check things thoroughly - prices (and hidden costs) and services.

Typically it costs about $50 ~ $100 per one personal training session which was about 50 minutes in my case.
