Surprisingly I don't think that I saw the "24/7" sign or expression often in Korea.
I've seen the "24h" sign or similar expressions but not the"24/7."
I guess the "24/7" expression is maybe from the English speaking culture and it has not been adopted in Korean culture yet, however, I am pretty sure the expression will get its popularity soon because of its concise and clear nature in expressing.
Anyway, if your shop opens for 24 hours everyday year-around,
your sign can be "연중무휴 24시간 영업." or just '24시간 연중무휴'
If your business is not a 24h business but you open everyday year around,
you can say "연중무휴" without the 24h part.
연중무휴(年中無休) is a hanja word, where basically
연 means a 'year,'
중 means 'middle,'
무 means 'no', 'not', 'empty'
휴 means 'to rest'
So, for a 'We are open 24/7' sign you can say '연중무휴 24시간 영업' in Korean.
